What is our creative process?

◻️ We mockup custom products that reflects and stays true to client's brand image. ◻️ We manufacture from start to finish unique, quality products with factory direct pricing. ◻️ We provide digital proofs or physical samples before full production to ensure the details of the finished product matches client standards.
How do we source and develop your products?

Based on your budget, qty, and deadline, we can create and manufacture locally in the USA using stock products or go fully custom overseas. We have an arsenal of long-standing relationships with audited global factories.
Is there a minimum-order-quantity (MOQ) per order?

Depending on the product, product price point, and where it's being manufactured, MOQ will vary per item. Contact us for more information.
What is our typical lead-time?

◻️ A domestic (US based) order can be your miracle two-day turnaround or relaxing 10 to 15 business days after proof approval, not including transit. ◻️ For that incredible one-of-a-kind design, we can produce overseas with an average of 30 to 45 business days after proof / mold / die / sample approval plus ocean or air transit from factory.
Who handles shipping and logistics?

◻️ We do! We are full-service, and handle all shipping arrangements via ocean and air, including booking overseas vessels and processing customs clearance. ◻️ Once goods arrive in North America, we setup pickup and delivery to client's door.
